Closing the gap
Campaign Leading Change is delighted to announce its return, with a workshop in Singapore and a stellar virtual content programme for leaders. The 2022 programme places emphasis on mental health, pay parity and developing the leaders of tomorrow.
The fast-paced media, marketing and advertising industry can be demanding on time and creativity. The pandemic exacerbated burnout and led to many reevaluating their careers and work-life-balance. Does the industry need a collective call to action to drive awareness, reduce stigma and tackle mental health challenges? Flexible working took on new meaning and changed the world of work forever, as female breadwinners suffered the most during lockdowns.
Pay parity was brought to the fore once more. Many organisations conduct reviews every year and a lot claim to have equity across genders. But pay parity stretches beyond gender and audits should include ethnicity, socioeconomic standings among other factors. Whether the gap is there or not, feelings and perceptions are visible in workforces around Asia.
A new 12 months and many new challenges, but the need for impact and change is ever-more urgent.
Join us on 1 June for an action-oriented programme designed to inspire and charge leaders around the region to enact real change.
