The extraordinary events of the last 18 months have charged leaders around the world to look inward and effect action to reform working culture and practices. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been planted firmly on the corporate agenda. As businesses get back to offices and back to 'normal', there are permanent changes and considerations that will impact the years ahead for the media, marketing and advertising community.
Our industry has powerful influence so we have a responsibility to represent diversity better, stand up for what is right and do better by our clients, consumers and workforce. Could we be doing more to create inclusive cultures to attract talent into the industry? Are we representing real people in our work, or falling into stereotyping tropes? How are we aiding dialogue around mental health and well being to challenge stigma, and do we have true allyship and trust in our people?
We must hold each other to account in order to grow and prosper, and work together to share ideas and learnings. Campaign Leading Change’s purpose is to offer this platform and to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive industry in Asia-Pacific.
Join us for forward-looking discussions, practical exercises and networking with industry’s change champions. Whatever your position or discipline, change involves the whole industry so register your interest today to be part of the conversation on shaping a better future for talent.
